What will Aquallite Data deliver through its Vector services?
The end-to-end Vector services are designed to enable your company to establish advanced data analytics and machine learning capabilities. To achieve this, Aquallite Data’s Vector engineers will build out your data infrastructure in three phases: Know Your Data, Organise Your Data, and Harness Your Data. However, if you only want to address one of these phases, we can work with you to create a customised package that meets your specific needs. How much time is required to be supplied by my Company to support Aquallite Data’s activities?
Aquallite Data’s delivery and technical team structure, and proven delivery methodology, minimises the time demand on your Company while ensuring complete alignment with your requirements. While this time demand will vary from package-to-package, generally your involvement will be required to: (1) facilitate communications across stakeholders; (2) enable Vector engineers to fully understand your requirements; (3) review and approve deliverables; and (4) receive training or other support to complete the handover. Aquallite Data will be happy to share an estimate at the time of formalising a proposal for you. How long does Vector run for / take?
While we’d love to provide an exact answer. Unfortunately, this is entirely dependent on two major variables: (1) the scope of your Vector package; and (2) the volume of data you want to address. Vector is designed with flexibility at its core - so that the work can be undertaken incrementally, with the ability to accelerate, pause, or stop. It’s also why Aquallite Data’s team is composed of both delivery and technical Vector engineers - so that they can work as an extension of your team, rather than requiring you to provide project or technical management. Do I need to commit to all Vector services up front?
No. Aquallite Data’s Vector services are purposefully designed to maximise flexibility so that we can provide you with the right support, at the right time.
Whether you want to start with a micro-package within Know Your Data; or want to embark on the full pathway to accelerate your progress toward establishing an advanced data capability - our Vector engineers will customise the packages to meet your needs. You may even want to start at Harness Your Data if you already have the foundational blocks of assured data and centralised storage in place. What won’t change is our proven delivery methodology, which ensures that you realise value at the earliest possible opportunity, consistently.
I work in IT, can you explain Vector to me in my terms?
As an expert in information technology, you’ll appreciate providing your geospatial colleagues with the technologies they need to excel. From your perspective, the Vector services can be thought of as a means to baseline your existing data landscape; then architect, standardise, and optimise the storage of all that data; and finally, systematically embed governance into the processes of developing data products. It will also help you identify the additional technologies you may need to bring into your portfolio, for example, to enable testing of machine learning algorithms.

How do I find out more about pricing?
Pricing is done on a package-by-package basis. It will principally be made up of ‘people hours’, but will also include consumption-based pricing if data is to be assured using Aquallite Assure, our proprietary machine learning powered software, as part of a Know Your Data package.
